heart the center or source of emotions, personality, and attributes

February is a month full of heart. We celebrate Valentines' Day by sending tokens of affection to people we care about. We acknowledge the birthdays of two great presidents, George Washinton and Abraham Lincoln. And, of course, it is Black History month, when we recognize and honor African American citizens who have made valuable and lasting contributions to our great nation.

To commemorate February, you will write a cinquain about any of the above on your class wiki page. There are a few ways to write one. the pattern we will use is this one:

Line #1: A noun

Line #2: Two adjectives

Line #3: Three gerunds (-ing words)

Line #4: A four-word phrase or sentence

Line #5: A related noun or adjective

As always, I have an example for you to follow. Do remember that your topic has to be about a valentine, a president, or an African American leader or inventor.
